Returns & Exchanges Policy
Severin Films is committed to providing the highest quality physical media; if you receive a defective or damaged item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please note that limited edition items with opened shrink-wrap are only eligible for return if the disc itself is found to be faulty.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or damage.
- 2.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
- 3.Package Your Return
Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 4.Processing & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
